These words -- bold rounded purple fonts, exclamation point and all -- bannered the opening slide of the Gov. Art Yap's Bohol tourism re-opening strategy at the interface of Bohol officials and mayors with Department of the Interior and Local Government (DILG) Secretary Eduardo Año and Department of Tourism (DOT) Secretary Bernadette Romulo-Puyat during the two secretaries' visit in Bohol on July 31, 2020.

Bohol’s first containerized RT-PCR testing lab gets a nod from Año and Romulo-Puyat

The containerized RT-PCR testing lab, which arrived in Bohol last July 17, is set up at the Bohol Medical Care Institute (BMCI) compound in Tagbilaran City. 

Both Department of the Interior and Local Government (DILG) Secretary Eduardo M. Año and Department of Tourism (DOT) Secretary Bernadette Romulo-Puyat, who, along with Bohol Governor Arthur C. Yap, inspected today the province’s first containerized reverse transcription-polymerase chain reaction (RT-PCR), say this is a most positive development for Bohol's fight to curb the spread of COVID-19 and its preparations for the re-opening of their tourism.

Partial liquor ban imposed in Bohol #COVID19PH

Liquor shelves remain uncovered inspite the liquor ban  In the partial ban, consumption of alcohol may still be done but only in one's residence and/or private quarters. 

A province-wide partial liquor ban throughout the effectivity of the island province’s community quarantine is enforced in Bohol with Executive Order No. 17 signed on March 24, 2020 by
Bohol Governor Arthur C. Yap.
